This month, a one-day social mobility, diversity and inclusion apprenticeship conference will take place in London. The conference is the first to bring together innovative leaders and changemakers in apprenticeship diversity.
The Genie Programme is the only apprenticeship conference of its kind. Participants can enjoy nine expert-led innovation workshops, 100 apprenticeship changemakers, keynote sessions and practical cases from Amazing Apprenticeships, the organisation hosting the event.
It’s a modern approach to the vocational pathway for professionals based on a curriculum of social mobility, diversity and inclusion. Speakers will include representatives from employers with experience implementing interventions or who are using apprenticeships to drive change in their businesses.
The conference will be held on the 27th of February at the Foundling Museum in London. The keynote speaker and the opener of the event will be trained life coach Kris Akubusi MBE.
Host of Genie Live and founder and director of Amazing Apprenticeships discussed her experience, adding:
“Having worked with leading organisations such as Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, AstraZeneca, Howdens, The Eden Project and Premier Foods over the past 18 months of The Genie Programme, it has become increasingly clear that while the wish to make change is within most companies and individuals, knowing where and how to start and having the confidence, knowledge and supporting data is holding individuals back from moving forward.”
This conference is a must-see for anyone working in apprenticeships, whether you’re looking to learn more about social mobility, diversity and inclusion or how it can enrich your business. Do you need support in attraction, recruitment or the management of apprenticeships? This conference is designed to provide proven strategies and practical solutions!
