Employing a Sports Coach Apprentice is a great way of adding quality and experience to your workforce. A Sports Coach Apprentice can add unparalleled value to your business through innovative ideas and their motivated approach, helping improve staff morale and the company image.
Apprenticeship funding allows you to employ a new member of staff as an apprentice, which means you can guide and mentor a new member of the team through their training process, ensuring they acquire the skills, knowledge and behaviours to match the mission and values of your organisation.
